What is Inkless Scar Revision?

Inkless Scar Revision is a procedure that targets cell turnover, rejuvenation and improves the collagen and elastic fibers in stretch marks and scars

who benefits from inkless scar revision?

Is revision really worth it? Yes!!!!! If you are tired, insecure, or simply want your marks gone, this is the treatment you have been waiting for.

This procedure is perfect for you if you have the following below:

Clients of all ages (18+) and potentially all ethnicities.

•Breast Surgical Scars
•Lipo Scars
•BBL Scars
•Tummy Tuck Scars
•Mommy Makeover Scars
•Injury Scars
•Any other dark-colored scars

Your stretch mark or scar should be:

  • Fully Healed. They should be a minimum of 12 months old with stable color. If it is red, pink or still changing color it may still be healing. (If you are under a physicians care for this skin condition, you must get permission from him/her to undergo this procedure.)

  • Can this be done on textured scars? Of course! This treatment triggers the natural healing response in our body improving the texture and tone.

    • Can all skin colors receive this? Fitzpatrick 4/5/6 should have a test patch done to ensure client will heal without hyperpigmentation.

      How is maintenance?

Sun Protection: Protecting the treated area from sun exposure is crucial to prevent hyperpigmentation and minimize the risk of additional scarring. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, and reapply regularly, especially if spending time outdoors.

    • Gentle Skincare: Maintain a gentle skincare routine that avoids harsh chemicals and abrasive exfoliants, which can irritate the skin and potentially worsen scarring. Use mild, non-comedogenic cleansers and moisturizers suitable for your skin type.

    • Hydration and Nutrition: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and consuming a balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Proper hydration and nutrition support skin health and the body's natural healing processes.

    • Avoid Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can impair circulation, delay healing, and negatively impact skin health. Avoiding these habits can help maintain the benefits of inkless scar revision and promote overall skin wellness.

    • Follow-Up Treatments: Depending on the severity of the scars and your response to treatment, additional maintenance sessions may be recommended periodically to further improve scar appearance and maintain results over time.

    • Stay In Touch: Keep in contact with Bia to address any concerns or changes in your skin's condition and just to ensure healthy healing. She can provide personalized recommendations and adjustments to your maintenance plan as needed.

      What should I expect?

During Inkless Scar Revision treatment, you'll first have a consultation with Bia to discuss your goals and assess your scars. The treatment area will be cleansed, and numbed to minimize discomfort. The procedure will involve stimulating collagen production, breaking down scar tissue, and promoting skin regeneration. After the treatment, the skin may appear red, swollen, or sensitive, and post-treatment care instructions will be provided. Multiple sessions may be recommended for optimal results, spaced several weeks apart. Follow-up with Bia to monitor progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
